Description
Description
Modern bonding alloy with excellent processing properties and low hardness. Suitable for all processing technologies.
Advantages:
- extremely easy to work with, especially when milling or polishing due to the very low hardness
- for all processing technologies such as casting, milling and laser melting
- excellent melting and flow behavior
- excellent veneerability due to especially adapted coefficient of thermal expansion
- no oxide firing required
- long time cooling is only recommended for long-span bridges (observe information from ceramics manufacturer)
- particularly recommended for telescopic work
- suitable for laser welding because it is carbon free
- flexibility in appliation: can be melted in a high frequency induction casting unit, particularly suited to melting by flame (so spattering)
- increased efficiency during processing
Norm: DIN EN ISO 22674 (Type 5)
Indication: secondary parts for cast partial dentures (combination works)
